When we were planning this year's sock club last year, the theme for June was something entirely different. In the process of several things changing over the course of a year, we adjusted the theme and yarn entirely and I'm so happy that we did! Our pets are very much a part of our lives here at Woolgirl, and we know that the majority of you have either a dog or cat or both, so we hope that this kit is as close to your heart as it is to ours'.<br /><br />Be sure to enter the contest also, as there are lots of super cute knitting accessory bags to win! I hope you've been having fun knitting your first sock club shipment - and that you've taken some first steps in becoming the Queen of your knitting!<br /><br />This next sock club shipment will also include 2 patterns (one sock pattern and something else), so you'll have a choice once again. I am so happy to have you join us this year and can’t wait to share with you some of the fun things we have planned for the year. I hope you’re ready for some surprises! <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">This is the year to take control of your knitting; or, in other words, to become the “Queen” of your knitting domain. Experience new patterns, try different techniques, expand your color pallet, and step outside the box just a bit each time you knit a new pair of sock. Before you know it, you’ll be knitting like a pro (if you aren’t already), discovering likes you never knew you had, and knitting a slew of socks this year (along with a few other projects we have in store!).</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">I will post about the first sock club shipment in a week or two - I don't want to spoil the surprise just yet! I will list sock club shipping dates here on the blog, as well as new contests, and we have a Ravelry group started, so hope you will join us there as well!<br /></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">As always, please be conscientious when posting your photos on Ravelry, as not everyone receives their sock club packages at the same time and it wouldn't be fair to ruin the surprise for others.
